1. Booking and Payments

1.1 Reservations: All bookings are subject to availability. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment.

1.3 Cancellations and Refunds:

3.2 Adjustments: We reserve the right to modify or cancel treks for safety or operational reasons. Participants will be informed promptly of any changes.

4. Use of Services

4.1 Third-Party Services: Momo Rinjani Trekking may collaborate with third-party service providers (e.g., transport or accommodation). While we strive for high-quality partnerships, we are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services.
4.2 Equipment: Participants are responsible for maintaining the condition of any rented equipment during the trek.
